現年49歲的Bill Thomas，是KPMG歷年來最年輕的全球主席，他擔任KPMG加拿大會員所專業審計合夥人，主要負責科技業與消費性產業，擁有豐富的跨國企業服務經驗且提供客戶許多精闢的全球觀點及洞見。
同時，Bill Thomas也身兼許多管理職務，自2009年起至2016年擔任KPMG加拿大所CEO，同年(2009年)亦成為KPMG全球董事會成員，2014年後更身兼KPMG美洲區主席。
Bill Thomas在過去於KPMG服務的28年中，憑著豐富的管理經驗及市場策略投資方面對KPMG的貢獻，被推選為KPMG全球主席。未來，在他的帶領之下，KPMG將朝著多元且全方位的方向邁進，並在市場及策略投資，都有顯著且強勁的成長。
Bill Thomas表示：「很榮幸能繼John Veihmeyer後擔任全球主席。我們一直在為跨領域的服務注入創新能量，而我將會持續加速這樣的革新。未來五年，KPMG不斷的創新與轉型將會超越過去50年的成就，而這改變將使KPMG 獲得更多的機會。」
他說：「KPMG處於轉型的核心。過去幾年，我們在數據分析(D&A)及資訊安全(Cyber Security)方面皆處於領導地位。此外，我們也推出了智慧平台(KPMG Clara)，這平台能夠加強審計上數據分析(D&A)及認知能力。」
Bill Thomas表示，對於品質的承諾是我們服務客戶的基石。未來我將專注於全球組織的文化以提升KPMG全球專業人士的能力，滿足快速增長的客戶的需求。
